Job Title: Legal Counsel Location: Berlin, Germany Contract: Permanent Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days remote Our client is a global digital infrastructure company. Due to significant growth, they now require their first Legal counsel to join the team based Berlin. The role: This role will manage and provide advice on all conveyancing, property-related and general commercial legal services within the company supporting the implementation of the company’s strategy. Provide legal support and advice in relation to a range of commercial matters including the review, interpretation and drafting of various commercial agreements, drafting of correspondence etc. The candidate: German Qualified Lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Excellent knowledge of German Property Law Proven experience in broader commercial matters Fluent in English and German, both written and oral Experience gained at a commercial law firm and/or in-house legal department **Please apply using the English language version of your CV**
