We are seeking a skilled professional to join our clients team as a 2nd Level Support Specialist, focusing on financial processes within the SAP R/3 and S/4 environments. If you have a background in IT and experience with SAP Retail, especially in a finance context, this is for you. Key Responsibilities: Handle and resolve support tickets as part of 2nd level support, primarily dealing with financial processes within SAP R/3 and S/4. Facilitate and manage end-user requests throughout the entire end-to-end process chain. Oversee ticket interfaces related to cash register and warehouse operations, as well as accounting functions such as card payment processing, sales reconciliation, and invoice verification. Provide support for minor system changes, ensuring smooth implementation and functionality. Assist with the testing process to ensure system integrity and performance. Your Qualifications: Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a support role. Strong expertise in SAP Retail (R/3 and S/4), with a focus on financial processes. Familiarity with international trade, particularly in the retail sector, is a plus. Experience in leading small teams or coordinating with service partners. A strong interest in processes related to cash registers, warehouses, and accounting. A reliable and organized work style.
