Responsibilities General advisory work, including on statutory interpretation, regulation and compliance matters. Managing, drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts and agreements such as supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, and other legal documentation. Working closely with the business on day-to-day matters advising on operational and commercial legal problems. Preparing, reviewing and negotiating a range of contracts to support the factory operation and sales. Assisting in major procurement and project origination from headquarters. Working closely with HR on labor issues, data protection and competition law areas. Assisting in ensuring statutory and contractual compliance and engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance. Identifying and managing risks for the business. Qualifications German and/or China qualified with at least three years of law firm or in-house experience. Strong capability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast moving environment. Must be meticulous, organized and committed to work. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Ability to build good working relationships with multiple stakeholders globally. Excellent written and spoken German and English is imperative.
