Our International Retail client are growing out their team to support with their S4 implementation and is looking for a Project Lead for Finance Integration in SAP Retail. The position requires someone who can effectively mediate between IT and Business departments. Your tasks: Take over the project lead for finance integration in SAP Retail. Work within the Solution Line Finance to coordinate the finance integration within the SAP Retail implementation. Manage the project team and activities, ensuring they are on track and monitored effectively. Collaborate closely with the international project team and relevant specialist departments to design processes. Maintain communication and coordination with international and national departments. Implement stream content as defined and follow up on work results. Oversee the realization and implementation of the selected solution, with support from product teams and external service providers. Report project status to project management and commissioning departments. Ensure compliance with the project scope and evaluate the need for change requests. Build and transfer knowledge to key users in the Finance Solution Line and users of regional companies. The right candidate will have the following: Minimum 7+ years of experience in requirements analysis, conception, and implementation of solutions in the SAP environment. At least 5 years of experience in deploying S4 Finance systems is essential, particularly in transitioning from R/3 to S/4. Expertise in at least one of the following areas: SAP FI, SAP SD, interfaces to cash registers, or interfaces to warehouse systems. Understanding of international trade, ideally in retail, is desirable. Experience in managing smaller teams or service partners. Strong knowledge of project methodology and organization.
