Job Title: MCC Senior Coordinator (Maintenance Control Center) - Long-Term Contract/Permanent Position Location: Germany Duration: Up to 18 months or Permanent Hours: 173 hours per month (4 days on, 4 days off rotation) Start Date: ASAP Job Description: We are seeking an experienced MCC Senior Coordinator for a long-term contract or permanent position based in Germany. This role involves working within a Maintenance Control Center (MCC) environment, focusing on line maintenance for a fleet that includes B777, B767, B757, A300, and A330 aircraft types. The contract duration is up to 18 months, with the possibility of a permanent position, operating on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate real-time maintenance activities for a fleet of B777, B767, B757, A300, and A330 aircraft. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues during line maintenance operations. Communicate effectively with flight crews, maintenance teams, and other relevant stakeholders to manage and resolve any maintenance discrepancies. Ensure compliance with German and EU aviation safety regulations and standards. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations. Provide technical guidance and support to line maintenance personnel as needed. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet. Requirements: Must have the legal right to work in the EU. For permanent workers visa sponsorship may be available. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an MCC role, preferably with exposure to the specified aircraft types (B777, B767, B757, A300, A330). Strong knowledge of line maintenance operations and relevant aviation safety regulations within the German and EU contexts. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
