Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Advisory Partner We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advisory Consulting Partner to join our esteemed team in Europe region. This individual will be pivotal in managing a strategic financial services client relationship, driving consulting engagements, and leading transformation initiatives across operations. We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in the banking industry. This role necessitates close collaboration with the CXO group on consulting opportunities and spearheading transformation initiatives as part of outsourcing across a range of processes. Responsibilities Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organization, including the CXO group. Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for the client. Identify and pursue consulting opportunities within the client's organization. Work collaboratively with the CXO group to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance and bespoke solutions. Lead and manage transformation projects as part of outsourcing initiatives. Ensure the successful delivery of projects by coordinating across various processes and teams. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and achieve business objectives for the client's organization. Provide insights and recommendations to the CXO group on improving business performance. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. Cultivate and maintain a network of contacts within the industry. Oversee and evaluate the effectiveness of outsourced business processes. Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with global solution and technology teams to develop innovative strategies for client transformation. Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and grow revenue streams through strategic initiatives. Leverage industry trends and insights to bring innovative solutions to the forefront Driving positive NPS score. Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews for the respective functions Accountable to operation ‘run’ metrics, process health measurement, and business review process Ability to partner with cross functional teams to drive improvements and change management Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Relevant years of related work experience in a senior consulting role, preferably within the financial services industry. Extensive knowledge of consulting methodologies and best practices. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills. Experience collaborating with CXO level executives and managing large client accounts Demonstrated ability to lead transformation projects and achieve successful outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior consulting background at a Big4 firm or a strategy consulting firm is required Experience in operating model advisory, cost transformation, and financial services or banking consulting is highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strong understanding of digital transformation, technology trends, and their impact on banking processes. Track record of leading large, global teams and delivering complex transformation programs. Domain expertise in Finance & Accounting (F&A), Risk, and HR Operations Experience of working with Banking and Shared Service organizations Growth and results focused leader with strong experience in the Banking Industry Continuously assess and upgrade systems to enhance functionality and user experience Excellent soft skills to deal with sensitive employee grievances or relations. Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
