Your tasks and responsibilities: Group-wide tax support for UI products and tax client support Ongoing tax support for the managed investment funds/investment companies. Preparation of tax data including the corresponding tax returns for securities funds. Coordination of the auditor/tax advisor in tax issues relating to UI products Further development and improvement of processes to increase efficiency and minimize risk Reconciliation of settlement accounts, audit § 36a EstG Refund applications § 12 InvStG Onboarding/supporting new insourcing partners/working on projects Collaboration in day-to-day operations (preparation of tax data, calculation of share certificate returns, preparation of capital gains tax registrations, tax payment to the tax office, tax office inquiries, dispatch of tax certificates, monitoring of key tax figures).
