Senior Legal Counsel We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel specialising in partnerships, joint ventures, and contract negotiations. This role will focus on renewable energy, sustainable technology, and construction projects, so prior experience in this area and with related contracts (such as EPC) is highly beneficial. Your Role: Provide legal advisory across large-sale projects to various business units. Structuring and negotiating contracts relating to construction, joint ventures, partnerships, and external collaborations. Oversee due diligence processes for legal initiatives. Serve as a primary advisor for complex, cross-border projects, effectively managing legal risks and adherence to applicable laws. Supervise external legal teams, overseeing quality and cost control. Your profile: German qualified lawyer At least 4 years of professional legal experience, ideally in the energy or construction sector Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priories simultaneously. Fluency in English is required, with the following languages beneficial: Italian, German, French or Polish.
