Expertise: Labour Law, Employment Law We are seeking a skilled Employment Lawyer with a focus on Collective Labour Law to join our client in Germany. In this role you will provide legal guidance, representation, and support on complex labour law issues, for a leading organisation in the technology sector. Key Responsibilities Advise and represent clients in collective labour law matters Provide legal counsel on individual employment issues, compliance with labour laws, and workplace policies. Assist in structuring and implementing workforce strategies that align with local and national laws, in collaboration with HR. Stay current with evolving employment laws, collective agreements, and case law to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Qualifications German qualified Lawyer , with a specialisation or PQE in labour and employment law. Experience : Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in employment and collective labour law. Languages : Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required. Skills : Strong negotiation, advocacy, and analytical skills, with an ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly.
