Do you want to work with a global, fast-paced, diverseteam? Do you want to drive customer acquisition through SaaSsoftware bookings and ARR growth across a targeted portfolio ofBiopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical and CRO/CDMO accounts?

We are currently seeking a Strategic AccountExecutive who will be responsible for collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to win SaaS business, helping some ofthe largest pharmaceutical and CRO/ CDMO organizations in theworld, accelerate their critical milestones across the biopharmalifecycle from research to manufacturing.

Thisis a remote position based in Europe, which requires easy accessand frequent travel to target accounts and customers in NorthAmerica and EMEA, as well as the IDBS office in Boston (USA) andWoking (UK).

What we’ll get youdoing:

  • Vision : Forge executiverelationships and deliver growth in IDBS’s key customers andtargets. Deliver world class commercial planning and execution,aligned to company strategy while maintaining rigour in dailymanagement and reporting
  • Engagement : Drive in-personengagement with key stakeholders withing existing and targetaccounts. Build relationships and influence strategy for both shortterm and long term growth
  • Performance : Lead crossfunctional teams to win and expand customer accounts, acting as thevisible owner of the account strategy and driving execution throughSFDC
  • Results :Drive new logo acquisition and ARR expansion in portfolio oftargeted top-tier accounts. Deliver accurate forecasting andon-time-delivery of new business bookings aligned to companybusiness plans

Hereis what success in this role looks like:

  • Proven track record of closing new enterpriseSaaS deals (>$1M ARR)
  • Typically has 8+years of senior sales experience & can create opportunities andmomentum in complex sales cycles (12–18-months)
  • Proven track record of engaging C-Suite decision makersto close multi-million-dollar SaaS deals and influence customerstrategy and decision making
  • Demonstrabletrack record of delivering against annual, quarterly and monthlySaaS sales targets across a range of new-logo and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities; proven ability to deliver both short-termresults and build and execute mid-long term strategicplans
  • Good understanding of the challenges andopportunities across the R&D; or manufacturing lifecycle withinthe BioPharma and CDMO markets

It would be a plus if you also possessprevious experience in:

  • Pharmaceutical and life sciences salesexperience
  • Using the Challenger salesmethodology to recruit and grow large strategic accounts
  • Scientific or Scientific Sales background in Biology,Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or ProcessEngineering
