As a Software Engineer for Real-Time Applications, your aim is to architect and/or develop real-time use cases using Open Source and Cloud tools. We are looking for Software Engineers of different levels of experience for our focus area. ‍

Activities

• As part of our team, you support our customers in the successful development and implementation of complex solutions for mission-critical data analysis and real-time applications
• With powerful and state-of-the-art open source and cloud technologies, you can work on scalable, cost-effective, and flexible solutions for our customers (e.B. Kafka, Flink, AWS, Azure, ..)
• Induction and engagement with innovative topics such as Artificial intelligence, cloud, IoT, analytics, next-gen DBs.. 
• Participate and discuss planning stories, creating concepts in the project, as well as improving and shaping the corporate culture
• You communicate regularly in an efficient and professional manner with our customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• We are looking forward to a successfully completed degree in (economic) computer science, mathematics, physics or a similar qualification
• The proven programming languages (Java, Scala, Python) are no stranger to you
• You are a communicatively strong team player who thinks in solutions and actively offers them
• Good German and English skills round off your profile
• Inner curiosity and willingness to train

Initial experience in one of these technologies can be beneficial (this is required for senior roles):

• Container and Orchestration Frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes/Openshift, etc.)
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Distributed technologies (Kafka, Spark, Flink ..)
