The 2nd Level IT support engineer assists both domestic and international clients.
Activities
• Support our customers in the ITSM environment Network management
• Processing of incidents of our customers Recording and processing of IT tickets
• Problem analysis and solution finding
• Administration of user accounts in various applications and devices
• Support of branch offices at home and abroad
Requirements
• Completed IT training or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
• (First) professional experience in IT support
• Confident communication and ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, DNS and AD
• Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure
