We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer (f/m/x).

Tasks

Responsibilities (with a focus of >90 backend and <10 frontend development):

• Development of Advanced RAG Pipelines: You design and implement sophisticated RetrievalAugmented Generation systems that effectively process complex technical documents.
• AI Agent Implementation: You architect and develop custom AI agents that automate complex workflows and provide intelligent assistance to users with domainspecific tasks.
• Database Optimization: You work with PostgreSQL and implement efficient storage solutions and query optimizations for our RAG systems.
• ResearchtoProduction Implementation: You analyze scientific papers on AI and NLP extract relevant techniques and translate academic concepts into productionready features for our system.
• Frontend Development: You implement simple intuitive user interfaces

Requirements

• Proven track record with 5 years of industry experience
• Demonstrated professional experience implementing RAG systems or similar generative AI analysis systems in production environments
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and
• Proficient knowledge of PostgreSQL (or similar relational database) including performance optimization
• Solid understanding of React and Python
• Commercial experience with LLM frameworks and vector databases
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in German is a plus as most of our customers are Germanspeaking

We mainly work from the beautiful Baumwollspinnerei in Leipzig. Some of our team members are also based in the Zurich region. However if you are not onsite thats not a problem 100 remote work is always possible with us.
