Sales Manager - Munich - PV
My client is a leading project developer in renewable energy, their mission is simple: drive the energy transition with large-scale photovoltaic systems.
What You'll Do: As our Sales Manager, you'll be the spark that fuels their growth. From identifying new opportunities to sealing the deal, you'll own the entire customer journey. With a mix of strategy, acquisition, and customer support, you'll help shape the future of clean energy.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Sales & Partnerships: Grow and maintain partnerships, develop new opportunities, and lead sales strategies that position our projects for success.
- Customer Experience: Be the face for commercial clients, from consultations to contract negotiations. Tailor solutions and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strategic Impact: Analyse market trends, optimize sales processes, and ensure they hit our targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in solar or renewable energy.
- An academic background - bachelors or masters.
- Excellent communicator and skilled negotiator.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Passion for sustainability and building long-term partnerships.
