About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of engineers working on innovative software solutions. This role is fully remote within Germany and offers a competitive salary package, including bonus opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of talented software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Implement best practices for software development, including agile methodologies, code quality, and DevOps processes.

• Ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background in software development, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing engineers.
• Familiarity with automotive or AI-based solutions is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Based in Germany, with the ability to work remotely.
