We are hiring on behalf of our client, an ambitious Berlin-based start-up with a big vision. They're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer ready to make a real impact in an environment focused on sustainable growth and high technical standards.

?️ Tech Stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

? Technical Leadership: Architecture, development, and scaling of the tech stack

Your mission:

• Shape the architecture: Define and own the technical vision
• Lead the team: Support your team’s professional and personal development
• Ensure quality: Establish best practices such as Clean Code, code reviews, and automated testing
• Optimize DevOps: Continuously improve infrastructure and deployment processes
• Think product: Work closely with the product team to develop innovative solutions

What you bring:

• Technical expertise: Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React (experience with Go and cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus)
