Develop and implement strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets
Develop a plan on resources required for strategy implementation (Marketing, budget, etc)
Work closely with other sales professionals, product, development, implementation, and client and sales support teams to ensure that our product lines meet the market needs and continue to grow the business.
Marketing and Distribution Development
Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business by exploring new customers
Development opportunities with different channels and reinforce the nationwide sales network
Find and establish key partners in regions
Keep updated reports about the market and opportunities in the country
Plan, organize, and implement marketing campaigns and materials, cooperating with the market dept
Look into the after-sell service system and keep developing with the cooperation with HQ after-sell services team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years solid Sales/Business Development experiences in EU countries in the field, related to medicine or consumer electronics is preferred
More than 3 years experience in a management position
In-depth knowledge and experience in Retail or Distribution of medicine equipments & Baby products or Consumer Electronics
Large and verifiable portfolio of personal current and past achievements in business development
