My client is looking for an exceptional Customer Success Engineer to join their rapidly-expanding team.
What You'll Do:
- Onboarding and Training: Help new customers get the most value out of the product by ensuring they understand all features and functionalities.
- Customer Support: Collaborate with the Engineering team to efficiently resolve any product issues.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on product optimisation and general security best practices.
- Product Feedback: Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve the product.
- Documentation: Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and technical support articles to help customers self-serve.
- Customer Success Stories: Document and share success stories with the marketing team.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs and concerns internally within the company.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on customer success, product usage, and key performance indicators.
Key Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer success in the software/technology industry.
- Proven expertise in customer relationship management and delivering service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of security principles, techniques, and tools
- Comfort with Linux/Mac Terminal environments.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, BSI, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), API, and DevOps tools.
- Required: Proficiency in German, as this role involves supporting customers in the DACH region.
