We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Channel Sales Manager/Director for the DIY sector based in Germany. If you have a knack for building strong customer relationships and driving sales in the gardening industry, we’d love to hear from you!

? What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, chain stores, and distributors in the DIY sector.
• Create and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales targets for Robotic mowing products and promotional catalogs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and exploration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft tailored promotional materials and campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving concerns promptly.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Represent Dreame at major trade shows and industry events like IFA and CES.

? What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the gardening sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented team player.
• In-depth understanding of the DIY market, including consumer preferences and industry trends.
• Proficiency in English
