Novaris Search are currently partnered with a respected and ambitious TIC service provider in their search for a Senior Sales Executive to help continue their growth across Germany.
This is a remote position and will require travel to meet clients.
Role:
- Manage and drive growth across Key Accounts
- Hunt for new business across Germany
- Work with the Head of Sales to develop and implement growth strategy
- Mentor more junior members of the sales team
- €1.5m revenue target in the first full year
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years TIC experience
- Technical understanding of mobility, electrical, and industrial industries
- IoT and RF sales experience
- Bachelor's in related field
