Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Advanced English, German (preferred), additional languages are an advantage.

Technical Knowledge and Experience:

• Background in engineering, mechatronics, industrial automation, or related technical fields
• Experience in sales or technical roles related to automated warehouse systems, ASRS solutions, conveyor systems, or similar fields

Sales Competencies:

• Experience in selling technical products
• Strong skills in customer relations and needs analysis
• Ability to prepare project-based proposals and provide technical consultancy

Travel Requirements:

• No restrictions for domestic and international travel
• Ability to conduct customer visits and fieldwork

• Team player with a solution-oriented approach
• Responsible and capable of analytical thinking

Responsibilities:

· Manage sales processes related to automated warehouse and ASRS systems

· Analyze customer needs and offer the most suitable solutions

· Provide technical consultancy and participate in project planning

· Conduct customer visits both domestically and internationally

· Perform market research and acquire new customers in line with sales targets
