Account Executive
Up to €130k + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
We are working with an innovative and rapidly growing provider of customer experience intelligence solutions to find an experienced Account Executive based in Germany. This role is a key contributor to the growth strategy, responsible for driving new business while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients across German-speaking markets.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle across the assigned territory, focusing on both net new and expansion opportunities
- Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline of qualified leads into long-term customers
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—to craft tailored solutions for clients
- Accurately manage all sales activity through Salesforce and provide reliable forecasting
- Advocate for the customer at every step, ensuring a seamless experience and long-term value
What They’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of B2B cloud-based software sales experience
- A track record of over achievement in enterprise sales, ideally in WFO, CCaaS, or related contact center environments
- Native-level fluency in German, and business-level fluency in English
- Based in Germany, with the ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
