Project Manager – Oracle ERP

Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for project delivery and cutting-edge technology? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to spearhead our Oracle ERP, IT services, and Oracle Cloud projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Oracle ERP projects from concept to completion – on time, on scope, and on budget
• Define goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and solution architects
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Manage project resources effectively and provide strategic guidance to your team
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, solving problems before they escalate
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication

What You Bring:

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent qualification
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with a sharp attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience with Atlassian tools and agile project methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Fluent in German and English
