As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will implement and configure ServiceNow based on customer requirements while continuously improving related processes. Your focus is on optimizing tool performance to ensure maximum value for clients. Serving large enterprises, mid-sized companies, and partners, you help them leverage ServiceNow and best practices for efficient IT Asset Management.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor for customers in implementing and managing ServiceNow
• Continuously improve customer instances by enhancing security, stability, and performance based on their specific requirements
• Identify key SAM/ITAM drivers within customer environments
• Provide guidance on best-practice configurations while tailoring solutions to customer needs
• Deliver high-quality value to customers, setting us apart from other service providers

Your Competencies:

• 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Experience in implementing and configuring multiple ServiceNow tenants
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Proficient in JavaScript for development and customization
