Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our Ultrasound team, responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence across North Germany. This role will involve promoting our state-of-the-art ultrasound technology to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and medical practices in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for the Ultrasound division in North Germany.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions tailored to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and support teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional products and services.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to help shape future product offerings and sales approaches.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• A strong track record in sales, with experience in medical devices or healthcare technology, ideally in ultrasound systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Germany and the ultrasound market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
