Responsibility and Authority

The Clinical Sales Representative - Germany will be responsible for selling case support via the Tegus remote streaming platform. Account management will include both hospitals equipped with Tegus systems and local industry clients utilizing these installations in Germany and potentially other German-speaking regions.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop Accounts: Manage relationships and build rapport with key opinion leaders.
  • Customer Relationships: Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with all customers (procurement chain & users).
  • Market Awareness: Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitive activities, provide input to the organization, and execute appropriate actions and programs.
  • Market Positioning: Help develop and defend the company’s market position against competitors.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by maintaining existing accounts and developing new accounts.
  • Growth in Streaming Activities: Achieve growth in streaming activities in existing accounts both organically and commercially.
  • Reporting: Report on target account status, general business status, and competitive activity on a weekly basis and supply Senior Management with a monthly report.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to physicians and offer continued training and in-service support to ensure correct technology usage.
  • Business Development: Develop business with new industry clients.
  • Representation: Represent Tegus Medical during national and international meetings and congresses.


Minimum Skills

  • Medical Device Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling medical devices.
  • Selling and Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to sell and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to develop and maintain trustworthy relationships.
  • Drive for Results: Strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Solution-Oriented: Capability to provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Autonomy and Accountability: Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Team Player: Willingness to share knowledge and information, respect others, maintain a positive mindset, and support team members.


Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent experience.


Minimum Experience

  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years experience in selling high-end medical devices, preferably in interventional neuroradiology, interventional cardiology, or interventional radiology.
  • Field-Based Experience: Essential.


Other Requirements

  • Administrative Support: Ability to perform activities in support of administration and territory planning.
  • Travel: Extensive domestic travel is required.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written) and German.


Working Conditions

  • Home Office: Based with a daily presence in the territory field.
  • Travel: Extensive national and some international travel is required.
