Location: Home-based in Northern Germany (Dortmund area preferred)

Travel: Up to 90% within the region

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, repair, and qualify complex analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, Headspace, LC, LC-MS
• Act as a trusted contact for technical support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with experts to provide solutions and improve customer processes
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and smart service decisions

What You Bring

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, or similar
• Ideally, experience in technical customer service for chromatography and spectrometry systems
• Strong organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong German (B1) and good English communication
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
