What You’ll Do

As an AI Consultant / Developer, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems using AI, automation, and secure DevOps practices.
• Help architect, build, and refine AI-powered interfaces that interact with large-scale legacy environments (200TB+).
• Leverage your skills in Python, DevSecOps, GitLab, and modern development frameworks to extract and transform source code, databases, and system libraries.
• Design scalable solutions that convert legacy technologies into modern architectures with support from 20+ AI modules.
• Work closely with AI influencers and transformation leaders from both founding companies.
• Innovate in a flexible environment with support from a leading European cloud provider and startup incubator.

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML, software modernization, or digital transformation.
• Skilled in Python and comfortable working with legacy code systems.
• Familiar with GitLab, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Experience with DevSecOps methodologies and secure software development.
• A problem-solver who enjoys breaking down complex systems and modernizing them.
• Comfortable working in an agile start-up environment with enterprise-level backing.
• Fluent in English (German a plus but not required).
