Senior Electrical Engineer - Quantum Computing

We are currently partnered with a cutting edge Quantum Computing start up in Germany working at the forefront of industrial research for Quantum Technology innovation. The team are looking to expand their headcount with a Senior Electrical Engineer to work in close collaboration with Quantum, Software, and Mechanical engineers on the production of Quantum supercomputers.

This position is based onsite in Munich, Germany.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer position:

• Own the design and development of critical subsystems (analog/RF, power, digital interfaces)
• Define system requirements, design specs, and ensure robust testing and validation
• Integrate designs into a complex system, collaborating with software, mechanical, and quantum teams
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and validate subsystem performance
• Stay updated with advancements in electrical engineering and related fields

Key Requirements:

• A degree (BSc or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and delivering hardware systems
• A proven track record working in one or more of the following areas: Analog Electronics, RF Systems, Digital Circuit Design, Power Electronics.
• Ability to define system requirements and collaborate with stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers
