*ERP Business Central Team Lead - Hybrid*

I am partnered with one of the leading Microsoft Partners in Germany as they search for a experienced ERP Business Central Team Lead. What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll coordinate regularly with project leads and operations leadership to align on resource planning across multiple projects.
• Monitoring performance metrics, ensuring updated resource allocations, and supporting accurate invoicing and time tracking.
• You’ll lead your team (5-10) with a strong focus on growth and motivation, conducting regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and developmental discussions.
• You’ll also contribute to project work yourself, whether it’s managing, consulting, or technical implementation.
• Collaboration with HR on personnel development and team matters will round out your leadership scope.

What You Bring:

• A passion for IT and ERP and a desire to make an impact through leadership.
• Extensive experience in project management and/or consulting or development within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central space.
• Prior experience leading teams is a plus, or a strong communicator with a natural talent for motivating others.

This is a hybrid position and you will be required on-site 1 day per week to be with your team.
