? Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on SMEs and mid-market clients.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with C-level stakeholders to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions that drive value.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to internal teams to refine products and services, ensuring alignment with market needs.

✅ Your Profile
- Experience: 2 - 7 years in B2B SaaS sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Language: Fluent in German.
