HR Service Partner limited to 12 months (m/f/d)

Your tasks.

• Independent preparation of payroll for a defined group of employees, taking into account tax, social security and labor law regulations
• Processing of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Recording, creation and management of personnel master data
• Contract preparation, certificate preparation, etc.
• Correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities
• Processing of registration and certification systems
• Independent processing of projects

Requirements.

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist
• Extensive professional experience in the same function in an international industrial company
• Very good knowledge of labor, social security and wage tax law
• Solid user knowledge of SAP and very good Office skills
• Communication and organizational skills, social skills, assertiveness and strong team orientation
• Good knowledge of German & English Both
