Responsibilities

Carefully analyzing and prioritizing customer requirements to develop optimal solutions.
Developing and implementing comprehensive quality concepts and measures to ensure quality standards in new product development.
Applying quality management techniques such as APQP with FMEA and Control Plan during sampling.
Creating and updating control plans during both the prototype and series production phases.
Preparing and communicating requirements for partial sampling with suppliers.
Leading and coordinating quality improvement projects and preparing relevant reports.
Handling customer complaints using the 8D method.
Conducting and leading internal and external audits to ensure quality standards.
Actively contributing to the internal quality management system and conducting internal audits.
Strategic quality planning: developing and implementing strategic plans for the long-term improvement of product and process quality.

Requirements:

A successfully completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in quality management
Additional professional qualifications, such as DGQ Quality Representative or comparable certifications.
Solid methodological competence in sampling according to automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, PPF).
Extensive experience in the application and implementation of ISO 9001 certification and IATF tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and, ideally, experience with quality management software.
Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
