Career Growth Timeline

• Month 1–3: Complete your Basis-Zertifizierung, start with your first clients
• Month 4–6: Reach Level 2 (1,000 points) and earn €4,000+
• Month 7–12: Grow to Level 3 (3,500 points) and earn €20,000–€30,000+
• Year 2–4: Build your team, reach Level 4 or 5, and earn €70,000–€130,000+ annually

• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Permission to work in Germany (e.g., German/EU citizenship, Permanent residence, or non-binding “Erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt” on your permit).
