Location: Germany - Remote

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits


We are seeking a dynamic HPC Sales Engineer to join our client's dynamic team and take a leading role in identifying new opportunities, crafting tailored HPC solutions, and building long-term partnerships with clients at the forefront of defence and advanced computing.


About the Role

In this client-facing position, you’ll work closely with prospects and existing customers to understand their unique computing challenges and offer high-performance solutions that align with their technical and strategic goals. You’ll be instrumental in the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—while acting as a trusted advisor for sophisticated HPC deployments.


Key Responsibilities for HPC Sales Engineer Include:


Client Engagement

  • Identify and engage potential clients in need of custom HPC solutions
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand their computing requirements

Solution Selling

  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to design tailored HPC systems
  • Present technical solutions and clearly communicate their business value

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HPC sales opportunities
  • Use CRM tools for accurate forecasting and sales tracking

Relationship Building

  • Develop long-term, consultative relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Act as a go-to advisor for high-performance computing insights and advice

Market Awareness

  • Stay current with HPC trends, emerging tech, and competitor offerings
  • Share market intelligence with internal teams to inform strategy


Skills required for the HPC Sales Engineer include:


  • Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales, ideally in HPC
  • Solid grasp of HPC systems, parallel processing, GPU acceleration
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets with excellent closing skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and support teams
