RED are supporting a leading global organisation on a high-impact HR transformation project and are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to join the team as a ServiceNow HRSD & Workday Subject Matter Expert.

This is a key role shaping the future of HR strategy across multiple regions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as SME across ServiceNow HRSD and Workday (architect-level experience preferred)
• Leading on HR integrations, payroll processes, documentation, and strategic planning
• Advising project sponsors and collaborating with other consulting partners
• Driving best practices in global HR operations and technology adoption

• Start: ASAP
• Contract: 6 months to start, with strong potential to extend
• Location: Remote
• Language: German , English
