Role Overview

We are currently seeking a SAP FI Consultant to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will support all project phases from design and conception to rollout and support. You will help optimize financial business processes, contribute to solution design, and lead or participate in SAP implementation and migration projects, particularly in the ECC and S/4 HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Take part in the full project lifecycle for SAP FI solutions: analysis, design, configuration, testing, rollout, and support.
• Optimize and enhance finance-related business processes including profit center accounting.
• Lead or support the implementation of SAP FI solutions in ECC or S/4 HANA environments.
• Collaborate with adjacent departments and modules (e.g., logistics, controlling).
• Participate in the preparation and delivery of client workshops.
• Manage or co-manage projects and subprojects.
• Support client communication and contribute to long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements

• Several years of experience in implementing and/or supporting SAP FI in ECC or S/4 HANA environments.
• Sound understanding of financial processes and integration with controlling and logistics.
• Experience with New GL or S/4 HANA migrations is a plus.
• ABAP skills are an advantage.
• Strong consulting and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Fluency in German and very good English language skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within reason—no need for weekly travel.
• Proactive mindset, team spirit, and a passion for IT and finance.
