Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transport operations including route planning, load optimization, and fleet management.
• Ensure compliance with VERORDNUNG (EG) No. 1071/2009 and other relevant transport laws.
• Manage driver performance, training, and compliance with working hours and safety standards.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, inspections, and defect reporting.
• Analyze transport performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
• Manage multiple sites and ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Skills&Qualifications:

• Holding a current, valid and active Professional Driving Certification (Berufskraftfahrerqualifikation and/or DQC) is mandatory for this role.
• Success in building high performing teams
• Have experience of managing large fast paced transport operations
• Relevant degree or diploma in logistics, transport management, or business administration.
• Strong knowledge of German and EU transport regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
