Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist for the German Market at fiskaltrust. The role involves daily tasks related to customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and utilizing analytical skills to assist Partners on there daily work.


Key responsibilities

  • 1st and 2nd level support for our customers and partners in Germany 
  • Problem analysis and troubleshooting
  • Technical documentation of customer enquiries in CRM
  • Assistance with the use of our fiskaltrust.portal
  • Discussion of unresolved customer enquiries in the Team
  • Structured forwarding of enquiries to other teams
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management and Development
  • Creating a knowledge database for the Customer Success team


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Technical Support skills
  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction expertise
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of cash registers and sales tax systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
