Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across Manufacturing, Fulfillment, IT, and Facilities, driving quality, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee the production of complex electro-mechanical instruments, ensuring timely delivery and top-tier quality.
• Build, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team, embedding a culture of continuous improvement using Lean and operational excellence practices.
• Manage ERP systems, capacity planning, and materials coordination to streamline production flow.
• Champion quality standards through in-process inspections, managing RMAs, and driving corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and global counterparts to ensure production aligns with business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations within a regulated, technical environment.
• Skilled in Lean manufacturing, team leadership, and production planning.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and cross-functional process optimization.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Resides within commuting distance of Bad Homburg, or willing to relocate.
