The Role:

As a Portfolio Manager, you'll build and grow your own client portfolio. You'll prospect senior decision-makers, lead commercial conversations, and learn directly from top-performing mentors. This is a long-term, high-impact role where ownership is everything.

What You'll Do:

• Win new business by engaging C-level decision-makers across various industries
• Build and manage your own revenue-generating portfolio from scratch
• Learn directly from successful senior mentors who’ve done it before
• Deliver strategic, consultative sales with real long-term value
• Transition into a hybrid role of account growth and new business

What You Bring:

• Native/Bi-lingual German skills are a must have
• Ambition, resilience, and a hunger to succeed - no prior sales or finance experience needed
