We are seeking a highly motivated scientist with PhD or Master’s degree (3+ years) in a relevant field to develop and optimize chromatography methods for DNA purification. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FPLC/HPLC systems for nucleic acid purification and a strong understanding of chromatographic techniques.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize chromatography-based purification methods for single-stranded DNA
• Design, execute and document experiments to improve separation efficiency, yield and product purity
• Analyze and interpret data using UNICORN software
• Operate, troubleshoot, and adapt downstream processing to future candidates
• Install, operate, and maintain a wide range of downstream purification equipment

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. (new graduates welcome) or MS (3+ years) in Biotechnology, biochemistry, bioprocess engineering, molecular biology or related field
• Experience in purification process development
• Proficiency in working with ÄKTA system and Unicorn software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent documentation and communication skills in English
