Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Dexterous Manipulation (m/f/d)

THRYVE is supporting our client — a robotics AI pioneer — in hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to drive innovation in dexterous robotic manipulation.

What you’ll do:

• Build imitation and reinforcement learning models for robot hands.
• Conduct experiments in sim and real-world environments.
• Integrate ML models with sensor-driven robotic systems.
• Optimise pipelines and test models on site.

Your strengths:

• MSc/PhD in Robotics, ML, or Computer Vision.
• 5+ years in deep learning, RL, or imitation learning for robotics.
• Experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Simulation expertise (MuJoCo, Gazebo, Isaac Sim).
• Fluent in Python and comfortable with ROS.

Nice-to-have:

• Sensor integration (tactile, force, camera).
• Publications in ML/robotics conferences.
