Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Intern to develop skills across the entire HR task cycle for our global business. You will rotate through each of the HR functions after onboarding. Upon completing the rotation, your final position will be determined based on performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Master student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
• Good understanding of full-cycle HR tasks
• Experience with data analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German， and Chinese as a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Promoting teamwork and a proactive mindset.
