Associate Director, Quality - Berlin

BioTalent is currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical organisation specialising in clinical trials (IMP). They are seeking a highly motivated Associate Director, Quality to lead the Berlin quality team, ensure compliance with local regulations and client expectations, and collaborate closely with the global sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Activities: Manage all QA operations at the Berlin site, ensuring compliance with local and global SOPs.
• Drive Process Excellence: Oversee PQS, risk management, deviations, CAPAs, and harmonize quality processes across sites.
• Ensure Regulatory Readiness: Prepare for inspections, manage quality metrics, and maintain robust documentation practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified and Experienced: University degree in pharmacy or a scientific field, with solid experience in quality management and team leadership.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communicator, adaptable, and flexible in dynamic environments.
