Harrington Boyd are currently working with an international client within the consumer industries who are searching for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This position will be hybrid working, with the expectation to work onsite 2-3 days per week at the client location in Munich.

Your responsibilities:

• Acting as the lead figure for the SAP FICO domain whilst the company transitions to S/4HANA
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Applying your expert knowledge in SAP FICO to improve the end-to-end business processes and their integration with the SAP SD/MM area
• Working closely with senior management to provide regular S/4HANA programme updates
• Providing mentorship and leadership traits to ensure that junior colleagues are upskilled to create a leading SAP team
• Continuously working on innovative solutions for the S/4HANA Finance stream

We are searching for the following skills and experience:

• A proven track record working on the SAP FICO domain within an international
• Strong understanding of submodular areas including GL, AA, AR, AP, and more
• At least one implementation of S/4HANA is highly desirable
• Ability to work on customization topics for SAP FICO
• Good knowledge on the integration of SAP FICO with SAP SD/MM modules
• Previous experience within any of the following industries: retail, fashion, FMCG
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential, German skills would a plus but not essential
