Summary:
- Dealing with the daily business and ensuring the correct accounting records
- Ensure on time payment to vendors and income payment from customers
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing month-, quarter- and year-end closing, web reporting package
The Role:
- preparing accounts and tax returns, VAT reporting
- handling supplier invoices and collect their approvals
- handling Travel Expense Reports
- vendor payments
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing annual budgets, Cashflow forecast, EBIT forecast, Webreporting Package
- Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Reconciliation Main- and Subledgers
- preparing statistics for local government
- bank posting
- Periodic contacts with audit firm: documentation preparation
- credit collection / customer reminders
- Absence replacement of the team colleagues and Local Finance Manager
- General administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Certified Accountant
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- English skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial Accounting
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Knowledge in HGB
- Knowledge of IFRS
