About the Role
Hymson is a leading provider of laser technology and industrial automation solutions, with a strong focus on serving the rapidly expanding battery industry - particularly electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems (ESS). As part of our strategic international growth, we are investing heavily in Europe, where we have established our regional headquarters in Munich to better support our clients and partners. This role is part of our rapidly growing European regional team, and is critical to strengthening customer relationships and accelerating new business across the continent. You'll work closely with leading battery manufacturers, driving both account development and solution deployment. The position can be based either in Shenzhen, China (with regular international travel) or Munich, Germany, depending on your background and preference. Responsibilities
- Manage Key Accounts: Maintain and grow relationships with existing major clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new customer relationships in the European market to expand Hymson's client base.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits, market research, and product introduction presentations to understand client needs and demonstrate our solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our global sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, support business goals, and enhance brand awareness.
- Strategic Insight: Regularly analyze sales data and market trends, providing reports and feedback that will inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred (especially in industrial or technical sectors), but a strong passion for sales and technology is the key.
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages such as German is a strong plus.
- Tech & Analysis: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable handling basic data analysis to derive insights from sales/market information.
