About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ETAP Engineer to join our team and support the design, analysis, and optimization of electrical power systems for critical infrastructure and industrial projects. You will play a key role in performing simulations, ensuring system reliability, and supporting project delivery using ETAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed electrical power system models using ETAP.
- Perform load flow, short-circuit, arc flash, and transient stability analyses.
- Conduct protection and coordination studies, including TCC curve development.
- Collaborate with design and project engineers to ensure accurate system modeling.
- Support commissioning teams with ETAP-based simulations and validation.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and client review.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, etc.).
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience using ETAP for power system analysis (minimum 5 years).
- Strong understanding of electrical system design, power distribution, and protection.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, NFPA 70E.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable
- Experience in utilities, oil & gas, data centers, or industrial automation.
- ETAP Real-Time or SCADA system integration knowledge.
- Professional certification (PE, CEng, or equivalent) is a plus.
