About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team, specializing in the maintenance, repair, and handover of SANY construction machinery. This role is ideal for a technically proficient problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic field environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on SANY machines at our Bedburg facility and client sites.
• Conduct operational training for clients during machine handovers, ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines.
• Collaborate with the After Sales team to deliver high-quality service and technical support.
• Document service activities and provide clear reports to the Area Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical education (vocational certification or equivalent) with 5+ years of field experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment.
• Expertise in:
• Hydraulic and electrical systems
• Engine diagnostics and software tools
• Preventive maintenance and safety protocols
• Soft Skills: Assertiveness, adaptability, and strong communication (English proficiency is a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools for diagnostics and reporting.
• Independent yet collaborative: Able to self-manage daily tasks while aligning with team goals.
